He was in "The Dream Teens". He was one of 3 androids (Skyler, Tyler, Wyler) created by Myrna Beesbottom to destroy Samantha, Alex, and Clover. He feeds off of the life energy of a captured human.
His hairstyle somewhat resembled that of villain Max Exterminus. Similarly, he was attracted to Alexandra.
