Biography[]
He is seen in "Mani-Maniac Much?". A former award winning manicurist, Manny Wong ultimately lost his job and career due to the appearance of Mega Mani Mania, a completely automated salon.
Angry at both the loss of his business and what he saw as perversion of his art form, Manny sought revenge by using his former customers as minions, equipping them with special false nails that could become long, sharp blades and be fired like projectiles.
While he managed to turn Clover into a Mega Mani Minion, he was ultimately defeated by Sam and Alex and sent to prison. In spite of his previous occupation, he resembles a punk rocker in physical appearance.
He returns in "Baddies on a Blimp" where he teams up with Yves Mont Blanc and Violet Vanderfleet, only to ultimately be defeated again.
Appearance[]
In "Mani Maniac Much?", he has spiky blonde hair and is tall and slim. He wears a red leather jacket with the sleeves cut off, a black crop top exposing his midriff, blue ripped jeans, brown boots, a choker around his neck and gauntlets and rings around his forearms and wrists. He also wears a gold necklace. He wears pink transparent sunglasses.
In "Baddies on a Blimp", his appearance changes. He still has the same hairstyle, but his hair is now a dark red. He no longer wears a jacket, and his crop top is now purple. He still wears the same pink transparent sunglasses. He wears less jewelery, and a simple black choker around his neck and black gauntlets that go up to his forearms. His nails are long, pointed and red. His jeans are now a light grey.

- Manny Wong's Voice actor Ron Rubin is most easily recognized as that of Artemis from the English translation of "Sailor Moon".
- He is one of the few villains to succeed in his plan, managing to destroy the Mega Mani Mania store before he was captured.
- His evil scheme is similar to Shirley as they both kidnapped their former customers and brainwashed them to help him destroy their rivals for driving them out of business.
- He won numerous international awards such as the Hong Kong International Manucurist of the Year for 3 years, UN nails for peace medal of distinction, and the Golden Nail for one of a kind excellence in Nail design.
