Jennifer Hale is a Canadian–American voice actress and the first voice of Sam, Mandy, Phoebe, and Gabriella in the English dub of "Totally Spies!".

She is also does voiceover work for Disney's animated films. Jennifer Hale voices Cinderella in "Cinderella II: A Dream Come True" and "Cinderella III: A Twist of Time". and Carla in the Disney Channel cartoon Phineas & Ferb.
