Cosmo Stratus was in "Astro-Not". A crazy woman who was kicked out of the space program, she invented a machine to nullify the Earth's gravitational pull. She was rejected for 15 consecutive space missions, as she kept failing the psychological testing. This was proven true when she gets stuck on a satellite and gets scared.
