The Lunar Lip Booster is seen in “Astro-Not”. It is used to activate rocket boosters of any vehicle. The spies first used it to activate the capsule's thrusters to make it go up to the surface. Clover used it again on Cosmo Stratus's jetpack, which sends her flying into space.
