Biography[]
Billy Bob is a transfer student from Texas. He is seen in "The Fugitives." Both Clover and Mandy had crushes on him and competed for his attention by dressing and acting like Cowgirls. However, at the end of the episode, it was revealed Billy already had a girlfriend named Alpha. He also doesn't like the cowgirl look, which is the reason he left Texas, upsetting Clover and Mandy.
