Biography
Fernando was in "Evil Bouquets Are Sooo Passe". He was Clover's ex-boyfriend who she stated they dated a "gazillion" years ago. Fernando corrected Clover by stating it was 2 years to be exact because Fernando's family had moved to South America.
He began to date Samantha, which caused Clover to be jealous. According to Samantha, Fernando was well traveled, had a nice smile and was intelligent.
He called Sam and Clover "Huggie Wuggie" when they dated him.
By the end of the episode Fernando was dumped by Sam due to her not wishing to hurt Clover. That night Fernando was going to go on a date with Alex, before Sam and Clover threw her into the Beach House's swimming pool. Fernando is a "player" or blissfully unaware how seriously the girls take his advances.
